These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Camping de Florenville. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions. No reservation can be made without this acceptance. These conditions can be saved and printed at any time.

 

Offers

All our offers are made in good faith, based on the information available. Maps, photos and illustrations are provided for information only and are not contractually binding. They may be modified before the booking is finalised. We reserve the right to correct any obvious material error in the information provided.

 

Booking

The customer selects the services offered online. By confirming the booking, the customer acknowledges having read the details of the offer and the terms and conditions of the service. The campsite cannot be held responsible if the choice is not suited to the customer’s needs. Once the booking has been finalised, a confirmation e-mail is sent, summarising the service chosen, the price, the conditions of sale and the address of the campsite.

A deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable on the day of arrival. In the event of cancellation, the amounts paid are non-refundable, in accordance with current legislation.

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellation less than 90 days before the arrival date: No refund will be made, whatever the reason for cancellation. The total amount of the stay remains due.
Cancellation more than 90 days before the arrival date: A refund of 30% of the total amount will be made. The 30% deposit already paid will not be refunded.

We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

 

Swimming pool

Guests staying in the lodges have unlimited access to the swimming pool for each person on the booking. For campers on bare pitches (tents, excluding freecamp and motorhome pitches), access to the swimming pool is €10 per person for the total duration of the stay.

 

Rates and extras

The prices shown include VAT. They may fluctuate during the season and depend on the time of booking. Optional extras are not included in the basic rate, unless otherwise stated. Promotional offers do not apply to bookings that have already been paid for in full or in part.

Here are the extras available to enhance your stay:

  • Pets: €26 per stay in lodge, €6 per stay in tent/motorhome/freecamp pitch.
  • Wi-Fi: €12 for the duration of your stay.
  • Towel hire: €15/kit.
  • Sheets: €13 for a single bed, €15 for a double bed.
  • Beds made up on arrival: €22/bed.
  • Cot hire: €20/bed.
  • Hire of barbecue with charcoal: €25/barbecue.
  • Cleaning at end of stay: €75/stay.
  • Tourist tax: €2.50 per person for the duration of your stay..

 

Security deposit

A deposit of €300 is required for rental stays, to be paid via the secure Swikly platform before arrival. This deposit is a bank imprint, not debited from the account. It will be returned once the accommodation has been checked, provided that no damage has been found.

 

Accommodation capacity

Each accommodation has a maximum capacity which must be respected (including children and babies). Any excess may result in refusal of access. Unaccompanied minors are not permitted to stay without a legal guardian.

 

Housing features

The descriptions and photos of the accommodation are given for information only and may vary. Detailed descriptions are available on our website, in the ‘Our accommodation’ section.

 

Arrival and departure

Mobile homes and lodges: arrival from 3pm, departure before 10am.
Pitches: arrival from 3pm, departure before 10am.

Failure to respect the departure time will result in an additional night’s charge.

 

Pets

Pets are allowed (except categories 1 and 2), for a supplement of €26 per stay in a lodge, €6 per stay in a tent/motorhome/freecamp pitch. They must be kept on a lead and vaccination certificates must be up to date.

 

Border control

Customers travelling abroad must comply with current visa and passport regulations. Each member of the group must have a valid identity document.

 

Liability

Camping de Florenville accepts no responsibility for theft, fire, bad weather or damage to customers’ personal belongings. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by a third party or another customer.

 

Nuisance and disturbance of the peace

For the respect of all campers, the campsite applies a strict policy on noise pollution. The campsite must be quiet from 10 p.m. onwards. Anyone causing a disturbance or nuisance after this time will be asked to leave. In the event of a repeat offence or serious disturbance of public order, the campsite reserves the right to call in the appropriate authorities (police). Any disruptive behaviour may result in immediate expulsion without refund.

 

Claims

If you have any problems during your stay, we encourage you to inform the campsite team immediately. We will do our utmost to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

 

Image rights

By accepting these conditions, customers authorise the campsite to use photos and videos taken during their stay for promotional purposes (brochures, website, social networks) for a period of 5 years.

 

Information technology and freedom

Customers’ personal data is collected in compliance with the RGPD. This information is required to manage the booking and may be shared with our partners (booking tools, online payment). Customers may request access to, modification or deletion of their data at any time.

 

Miscellaneous

For access to the swimming pool, only swimming trunks and boxer shorts, bikinis and one-piece swimming costumes are permitted. Wristbands must be worn throughout your stay to access the entertainment and the swimming pool.
