These general terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Camping de Florenville. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions. No booking can be made without this acceptance. These conditions may be saved and printed at any time.

 

Offers

All our offers are made in good faith, based on available information. Maps, photos and illustrations are provided for guidance only and are not contractual. They may be modified before the booking is finalised. We reserve the right to correct any obvious material errors in the information provided.

 

Bookings

The customer selects the services offered online. By confirming the booking, the customer acknowledges having read the details of the offer and the terms of the service. The campsite cannot be held liable for a choice that does not meet the customer’s needs. Once the booking is finalised, a confirmation email is sent, summarising the chosen service, the price, the terms of sale, and the address of the establishment.

A deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid on the day of arrival. In the event of cancellation, amounts paid are non-refundable, in accordance with applicable legislation.

 

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking has been made, no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation. The full amount of the stay remains due.

We strongly recommend taking out cancellation insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

 

Swimming Pool

Please note that all campsite guests, whether on bare pitches or in lodges, enjoy unlimited access to the swimming pool during opening hours.

 

Rates and Extras

Displayed prices include applicable VAT. They may fluctuate throughout the season and depend on the time of booking. Optional extras are not included in the base rate unless otherwise stated. Promotional offers do not apply to bookings that have already been partially or fully paid.

The following extras are available to enhance your stay:

  • Pets: €27 per stay in a lodge, €7 per stay on a tent/motorhome/freecamp pitch.
  • Wi-Fi: €12 for the duration of the stay.
  • Towel rental: €16/kit.
  • Bed linen: €14 for a single bed, €16 for a double bed.
  • Beds made on arrival: €22/bed.
  • Baby cot rental: €20/cot.
  • Barbecue with charcoal rental: €25/barbecue per use.
  • Administrative fee: €2.50 per person for the entire stay.
  • Accompanied check-out: €35 (to be arranged on the day of arrival). Otherwise, check-out is carried out independently.
  • Late check-out: €60 — enjoy your accommodation until 1pm instead of 10am.
  • Early arrival: €45 — enjoy your accommodation from 11am instead of 3pm.
  • Trolley rental: €25. A €100 deposit will be required and refunded upon return.
  • Additional heater: €10 per day.
  • Fan: €10 per day.
  • Luggage porterage service: €30, subject to availability.
  • End-of-stay cleaning: €45/stay.

The customer is required to return the accommodation in a perfectly clean condition; failing this, cleaning fees may be charged and deducted from the deposit. Subscribing to the cleaning package does not authorise leaving the accommodation in an excessively dirty state: bins must be emptied, dishes washed and put away, and the accommodation must be left in a generally acceptable condition.

 

Security Deposit

A security deposit of €150 is required for rental stays, to be paid via the secure Swikly platform before arrival. This deposit is a bank pre-authorisation and is not debited from the account. It is returned after inspection of the accommodation, provided no damage has been found. Check-out is carried out independently by the Campsite once the guest has left. Guests may request to be accompanied during the check-out procedure. This request must be made no later than the evening before departure.

 

Accommodation Capacity

Each accommodation has a maximum capacity that must be respected (including children and babies). Any excess may result in refusal of access. Unaccompanied minors are not permitted to stay without a legal guardian.

Arrival and Departure

Mobile homes and lodges: arrival from 3pm, departure before 10am.
Pitches: arrival from 3pm, departure before 10am.

Failure to comply with the departure time will result in an additional night being charged.

During the low season, any arrival after 6pm will incur an additional charge of €25, to be paid in advance, to benefit from a late autonomous arrival.

During the high season, any arrival after 7pm will incur an additional charge of €25, to be paid in advance, to benefit from a late autonomous arrival.

 

Pets

Pets are welcome (except categories 1 and 2), subject to a supplement of €27 per stay in a lodge, €7 per stay on a tent/motorhome/freecamp pitch. They must be kept on a lead and vaccination certificates must be up to date.

 

Border Control

Customers travelling abroad must comply with applicable visa and passport regulations. Each member of the group must carry a valid identity document.

 

Liability

Camping de Florenville accepts no liability for theft, fire, bad weather, or damage to guests’ personal belongings. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by a third party or another guest.

 

Noise and Public Order

Out of respect for all campers, the campsite enforces a strict policy regarding noise. Quiet must be observed throughout the campsite from 10pm. Anyone causing disturbance or noise after this time will be asked to leave. In the event of repeat offences or serious disturbance of public order, the campsite reserves the right to contact the relevant authorities (police). Any disruptive behaviour may result in immediate expulsion without refund.

 

Complaints

Should a problem arise during your stay, we encourage you to inform the campsite team immediately. We will do everything possible to resolve it promptly.

 

Image Rights

By accepting these conditions, the customer authorises the campsite to use photos and videos taken during their stay for promotional purposes (brochures, website, social media) for a period of 5 years.

 

Data Protection

Customers’ personal data is collected in accordance with the GDPR. This information is necessary for managing the booking and may be shared with our partners (booking tools, online payment). Customers may at any time request access to, modification of, or deletion of their data.

 

Miscellaneous

For access to the swimming pool, only swimming trunks, swim shorts, bikinis and one-piece swimsuits are permitted. Wearing a wristband is mandatory throughout the stay to access activities and the swimming pool.
