The gift card: frequently asked questions
How long is the card valid?
12 months from the date of purchase. The stay must be booked and take place within that period.
Can it be used for a stay that costs more or less?
More, yes: the difference is simply paid when booking. The card is used in one go, so it’s best to choose a stay worth at least its value.
How does the recipient book?
Online, on our website, by entering the card code at checkout. Or by phone on +32 61 31 19 37: we record the booking with the code.
Is the card sent by post?
No, by e-mail, immediately after payment. You receive a personalised PDF to forward or print.
Can several cards be combined?
Yes, several cards can be used on the same booking.
Is it refundable?
No, the card is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash. It is not valid at the snack bar.
