Yes! We are in countdown mode before the holidays of phew! Our shock team is too excited to welcome you to the campsite to offer you a sick stay!

But before embarking on our world of fun and relaxation, here is a little recap of the extras - indicated in the T&Cs - that will make your stay even crazier:

- Your little four-legged friend can come with you for only €5. We are animal fans and we want them to have a crazy vacation with you!

- Need to be connected even in vacation mode? Don't panic, we have wifi for you, at only 5€. Stay connected, even with your feet in the sand!

- If you forgot your cozy and comfy towels, no stress, we have some available for 14€. No more hassle adding them to your suitcase!

- Need fresh sheets for your bed?No worries, it's 10€ for a single bed and 14€ for a double bed. We take care of everything so that you can relax as soon as you arrive!

- Do you dream of a bed all ready when you arrive? We have what you need ! For only €15, settle into a soft bed like a king/queen!

- If you come with a cute little baby, don't panic, you can rent a special bed for 25€. All the comfort for your treasure (and for you too)!

- Lovers of outdoor barbecues? Rent a barbecue with charcoal for 25€. Treat yourself to delicious grilled meats under the sun!

- And if you hate cleaning at the end of your stay, no problemo, we'll take care of it for you! Let us take over for 50€. Leave peacefully, without worrying about cleaning!

These little extras are available throughout your stay.

Why extras rather than an all-inclusive rate? Because that's the spirit of camping: the freedom to choose!This is true freedom :)

We would like to know your arrival time, even an approximate estimate, to welcome you in VIP mode!

Please note that check-in is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. For check-out, we are counting on you between 8:30 and 10 a.m. Any late departure is strictly prohibited. If this is not respected, this will result in a pricing of an additional night equivalent to the rate in force on the day of departure. After 8 p.m., you will be asked for a little extra of 50€. Don't panic, we'll be there with a smile to welcome you, we promise!

Ah, and just for information: when you arrive, you will be asked for a tourist tax of €2.50 per person. Nothing too bad, it's to support our great region!

And for the deposit, don't panic either! You will be asked via Swikly, our favorite messaging system, for a secure bank imprint of €300. But no stress, we have simplified the process.If you want to do it now, here is the Swikly link: https://swik.link/hG2FauT

Otherwise don't panic, you can also do it on site as soon as you arrive. It's just a bank imprint, nothing more, no direct debit, ok?

Once you've made the imprint via the Swikly link, we'll save it all. At the end of your stay, after checking the condition of your accommodation, we will return the deposit in full, except in the case of damage... but we are sure that everything will go perfectly!

The swimming pool is open every day from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Perfect for cooling off and having fun during the holidays!

If you are in a lodge, access to the swimming pool is unlimited for each person in the reservation!

If you camp on a bare pitch with a tent or caravan, you are offered two free entries to the swimming pool (valid for the entire stay, of course!). If you want more, it's only 12€ per person for the whole stay.

Come on, show us your best dives!

With us, unlike other campsites, the price for your pitch is fixed, regardless of the number of people. No bad surprises!

The snack bar is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Don't forget to book your breads and pastries as soon as you arrive to enjoy croissants and fresh bread in the morning!

The lodges have a car park next to them, but cars are not allowed inside the campsite. We want the kids to be able to move around in peace without the parents getting in the way!

These general conditions apply to all reservations made with our establishment.
The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these general conditions. No reservation is possible without the customer having indicated his agreement with them. The customer has the option of saving and printing these general conditions.

All of our advertisements, web pages or offers are developed in good faith and based on available data. Maps, photos and illustrations are presented for information purposes and are not contractual. They can be modified before the finalization of the reservation. The customer authorizes us to correct any obvious material errors in the information that we communicate to him.

The customer chooses the services presented.He acknowledges having read the nature, destination and booking methods of the available services and having requested and obtained the necessary and/or additional information to make his reservation in full knowledge of the facts. The customer is solely responsible for his choice of services and their suitability to his needs, so that our responsibility cannot be engaged in this regard. The reservation is deemed accepted by the customer at the end of the reservation process.
Reservations made by the customer are made via the dematerialized reservation form accessible online on the reservation tool. The reservation is deemed to have been made upon receipt of the reservation voucher. The customer agrees, prior to any reservation, to complete all the information necessary for the reservation. The customer certifies the veracity and accuracy of the information transmitted. Once the final choice of services has been made, the reservation procedure includes the following steps until validation:
the seizure of the bank card in the event of a request for guarantee or pre-payment, the consultation and acceptance of the general conditions of sale relating to the service(s) benefit(s) and, finally, the validation of the reservation by the customer.
The reservation tool acknowledges receipt of the customer's reservation and confirms it by sending an email without delay. The confirmation of the reservation by e-mail summarizes the contract offer, the services reserved, the prices, the conditions of sale relating to the selected rate, accepted by the customer, the date of reservation made as well as the address of the establishment. to which the customer can lodge his complaints.
All reservations must be accompanied by a payment including:
The deposit corresponding to: 30% of the total price of your rental and any additional services.
THE BALANCE OF THE STAY is to be paid 30 days before the date of arrival. No deduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure.
In accordance with article VI.53 of the Belgian economic law code, we inform you that the provision of hosting services, which must be provided on a specific date or period, are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal.


People who have booked a lodge have access to the swimming pool (unlimited for each person in the reservation). People who have booked a bare pitch with a tent or caravan are entitled to two free entries to the swimming pool (valid for the entire stay). For people in addition to the reservation (on a bare pitch), the amount is €12 per person (for the entire stay).

The prices or information published on our website www.florenvillelecamping.be are the basic prices not including optional services (texts and photos not contractual). The price fixed at the time of the reservation constitutes the total price of the service sold including the VAT in force.The contractual price may be subject to modification within the legal and regulatory limits, when variations in the applicable VAT rates occur, between the date of reservation and the date of payment of the balance.
Rates are subject to change during the season.
""Partner"" benefits and promotions cannot be applied to a reservation that has already been paid for in full or in part.

For rental stays, a security deposit will be requested by email 10 days before the start of your stay. This must be done online via the platform of our partner SWIKLY, up to €300. This deposit is made by simple credit card imprint and is therefore not debited from your account.
The full amount of this security deposit will be returned to you at the latest one week after your departure if the accommodation is left clean, after deduction of the compensation retained for any damage caused, unpaid services, loss of keys given on your arrival.

Housing is provided for a determined number of occupants. Under no circumstances may it be occupied by a greater number of people (including children and babies). In the latter case, the campsite manager is entitled to refuse any additional person.
Minors unaccompanied by their parents or a legal guardian cannot be admitted.

The plans and photos of the accommodations are given for illustrative purposes. The layout and features of parts may vary from model to model.
Please refer to the written description of the facilities available under the headings ""Our rentals"" and ""Our pitches"" on the page of the campsite concerned on the website www.florenvillelecamping.be in order to know the exact composition of each accommodation.

Mobile homes: arrivals from 3 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m. For ""Weekend"" Stays: (except July-August), arrivals from 2 p.m. on Fridays. and Sun departures before 12 noon.
Pitches: arrivals from 3 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m.

Each lodge contains all the kitchen and table equipment as well as bedding (except sheets and towels). Inventory is distributed upon arrival. The tenant is required to check it and report any anomaly on the same day.
Any dissatisfaction concerning the state of cleanliness, or the general state of the rental must be notified no later than 12 hours after arrival, in order to allow it to be remedied. No complaint will be admissible more than 12 hours after the day of arrival.
All campers are required to respect the internal rules of the campsite, posted at reception, they are responsible for any disturbances caused by the people staying with them. Failure to comply with the rules of procedure may result in the expulsion of the camper.

Pets are accepted in the campsite (except categories 1 and 2), subject in particular to presentation of vaccination certificates, subject to payment of an additional flat rate when booking.

For stays abroad, each client must have, depending on the destination, an identity document or a valid passport and/or visa. You are therefore advised to check before your departure their validity for all people traveling, as well as your insurance.

The Company cannot be held responsible, due to the communication by its partners or by any third party, of photographs of which they have declared to have the rights, of false, misleading or erroneous information which would be mentioned in the catalogs or on the sites of the partners, and in particular the presentation photos, the qualifiers, the activities, the leisures, the services and the dates of operation.
""Services et Territoires Belgique declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, damage to goods or vehicles, etc. As well as in the event of an accident relating to the civil liability of the customer or another customer. »

If, despite all our desire to fully satisfy you, you have a complaint during your stay at one of our campsites, we ask that you immediately inform the person in charge of reception on site who will endeavor to provide you with answer.

By accepting these General Conditions of Sale, the customer expressly authorizes, free of charge, the company Services et Territoires Belgique to photograph or film him during his stay and to use the photos, videos or sounds on all media, and this for a duration of 5 years. This authorization also applies to all persons staying with the client. Its purpose is to ensure the national and international promotion of FLORENVILLE Le Camping on its websites, brochures, Facebook, Instagram, commercial presentations or in tourist guides.

We collect your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) (""GDPR"").

The personal data you provide us with is necessary for the processing of your reservation and is essential for the management and provision of the services (article 6.1.b of the aforementioned Regulations). For these purposes, your data may thus be transferred to our partners, who manage the booking tool, online payment service providers, service providers established in third countries. In particular when paying online, the customer's bank details must be transmitted by the payment service provider to the bank of the establishment, for the execution of the reservation contract. We only use partners who guarantee a level of protection in accordance with the principles enshrined in the GDPR.
With your consent, your data may also be used by us to send you our promotional or commercial offers, by e-mail or post. We keep your data for a period of 3 years after the last contact (email, reservation, etc.).
As the person whose data is collected, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure of your data, as well as a right of opposition to the collection of your data. These rights can be exercised by sending us an email, mentioning your surname, first name and address as well as the subject of your correspondence.
Your complaints relating to the collection and processing of your personal data can be addressed to the competent supervisory authority.

FOR SWIMMING only are authorized: swim briefs and boxers, bikinis and one-piece swimsuits, as opposed to any other clothing. Wearing the BRACELET is compulsory on a permanent basis. It gives access to internal entertainment and swimming pools, it helps to strengthen control at the entrances and exits of the campsite.
