Terms and Conditions - Camping Florenville
OBJECT

These general terms and conditions apply to all bookings made at Camping de Florenville. The client acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions. No booking can be made without accepting these terms. These terms can be saved and printed at any time.

OFFERS

All our offers are made in good faith, based on the available information. The maps, photos, and illustrations are provided for reference only and are not contractual. They may be modified before finalizing the booking. We reserve the right to correct any material errors in the information provided.

BOOKINGS

The client selects the services offered online. By confirming the booking, the client acknowledges having reviewed the details of the offer and the service's terms. The camping's liability cannot be engaged if the service does not meet the client's expectations. Once the booking is completed, a confirmation email is sent, summarizing the selected service, price, terms, and address of the campsite.

A deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due upon arrival. In case of cancellation, the amounts paid are non-refundable, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation less than 90 days before arrival: No refund will be given, regardless of the reason for cancellation. The total amount of the stay remains due.
Cancellation more than 90 days before arrival: A refund of 30% of the total amount will be issued. The 30% deposit already paid will not be refunded.
We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

SWIMMING POOL

Guests staying in the lodges have unlimited access to the swimming pool for each person included in the booking. For campers staying on an empty pitch (tent, excluding freecamp and motorhome pitches), the access fee for the pool is €10 per person for the entire stay.

RATES AND SUPPLEMENTS

The displayed rates include VAT. Rates may fluctuate throughout the season and depend on the time of booking. Optional extras are not included in the base rate unless otherwise stated. Promotional offers are not applicable to reservations already partially or fully paid.

Here are the supplements available to enhance your stay:

Pets: €25 per stay in a lodge, €10 per stay for tent/motorhome/freecamp pitches.
Wi-Fi: €10 for the entire stay.
Towel rental: €14/kit.
Bed linens: €12 for a single bed, €14 for a double bed.
Beds made upon arrival: €20/bed.
Baby cot rental: €20/cot.
Barbecue rental with charcoal: €25/barbecue.
End-of-stay cleaning: €75/stay.
Tourist tax: €2.50 per person for the entire stay.
SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit of €300 is required for lodge stays, to be paid through the secure Swikly platform before arrival. This deposit is a credit card hold, not a debit. It will be refunded after the accommodation is inspected, provided no damage is found.

ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY

Each accommodation has a maximum capacity, which must be respected (including children and babies). Exceeding this capacity may result in denied access. Minors not accompanied by their parents or a legal guardian are not allowed to stay.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Mobile homes and lodges: Arrival from 3 PM, departure before 10 AM.
Pitches: Arrival from 3 PM, departure before 10 AM.
Failure to respect the departure time will result in an additional night's charge.

PETS

Pets are allowed (except for categories 1 and 2), with an additional fee of €25 per stay in a lodge and €10 per stay in tent/motorhome/freecamp pitches. Pets must be kept on a leash, and vaccination certificates must be up to date.

BORDER CONTROL

Guests traveling abroad must comply with visa and passport requirements. Each member of the group must have a valid identity document.

LIABILITY

Camping de Florenville accepts no responsibility for theft, fire, weather damage, or damage to guests' personal property. We are also not liable for any damages caused by a third party or another guest.

DISTURBANCES AND PUBLIC ORDER

To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, the campsite enforces strict rules regarding noise disturbances. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Any guest causing disturbances after this time will be asked to leave. Repeated offenses or serious disruptions to public order may result in the involvement of local authorities (police). Disruptive behavior may result in immediate expulsion without a refund.

COMPLAINTS

If any issues arise during your stay, we encourage you to inform the campsite team immediately. We will do our best to resolve the situation quickly.

IMAGE RIGHTS

By accepting these conditions, the client authorizes the campsite to use photos and videos taken during their stay for promotional purposes (brochures, website, social media) for a period of 5 years.

DATA PROTECTION

Clients' personal data is collected in accordance with the GDPR. This information is necessary for managing the booking and may be shared with our partners (reservation systems, online payments). Clients may request access, modification, or deletion of their data at any time.

MISCELLANEOUS

For access to the pool, only swimming briefs, boxer shorts, bikinis, and one-piece swimsuits are allowed. Wearing the wristband is mandatory throughout the stay to access the activities and the pool.
